My New Pin-Up Hairstyle

But first, let me tell you why I am liking it so much... It's like, when I go out, people stare at me--in a good way. Everyone tells me how nice my hair is. Last night at a restaurant, a waiter walked by and said, "glamorous" under his breath. Anyone who knows me, knows that I like to get attention--(subtly of course). The fact that no one else in DFW (really) is sporting this cool hairstyle, makes it more fun. I love to stand out.

Plus, I get to be a trend-setter. I'm not sure if it will catch on, but the looks I'm getting, at Starbucks, fancy restaurants, bars, street festivals tells me that this is the way to go.

My New Hairstyle Makes Me Feel Classy

I like wearing my hair like this because it feels cleaner and more neat than traditional hair styles. Sometimes I feel strange taking my hair and rolling it up and hiding it, but by the time I'm finished, it looks very prim and proper and "put together." It makes me feel special, and it's different and fashionable.

Now I just need all new clothes to go with the hair! Certainly I can't wear today's styles with pin-up hair, or I'll look like a goober. So, I will be scoping out all the vintage stores in DFW soon. It's like a fun hobby. Here's the things I am looking to buy in the near future.

• Round toe shoes
• Vintage dresses
• Lady like purses
• Hair Accessories
• Blouses, sweaters

Just shopping for these things is a blast! I will keep you posted as to what I find, don't worry.
