Perfect Teeth

Do you have perfect teeth? After a certain age, not many of us do. Teeth are subject to tons of pressure from our jaws flapping as we talk, to chewing when eating and even grinding while sleeping. If you are young enough, your teeth may be perfect, and if that's the case, take heed. If you don't take care of your teeth, they won't stay perfect, and can even fall out if you're not careful.

Enemies of Perfect Teeth

There are many things that will destroy your teeth over time. Here is a list of things that can damage your teeth:

  • Grinding
  • Food
  • Chewing
  • Coffee, Wine
  • Certain Illnesses
  • Drugs
  • Heredity
  • Poor Hygiene
  • Poor Diet

It's crucial that you take good care of your teeth each day brushing 2-3 times a day and flossing at least once per day. You should also visit your dentist 1-2 times per year for regular check-ups and professional cleanings.
