What is Fraxel? My question exactly. I've heard lots about this facial laser procedure, and I've heard that it works wonders on the face. The Treatment

After the Treatment

After the procedure, depending on the aggressiveness of your Fraxel treatment, you will have some degree of redness, swelling or a sunburn sensation, which are signs that your body's natural healing process is building new skin from the inside out. You can return to routine activities in as little as one hour or, for more aggressive treatments, as few as a few days.

Other precautions
To protect your skin after treatment, wear sunscreen of SPF 30 or higher, avoid direct sun exposure for at least 3 months, and wear a wide-brimmed hat when you're in the sun.

Hair Maintenance

The 5th most important factor in beautiful, long-lasting hair extensions falls into the hands of the individual wearing the hair extensions, and that is: MAINTENANCE. Maintaining the hair properly is key to keeping the hair looking healthy and natural for as long as possible. I've been wearing extensions for about five years now, and I've learned a few tricks for taking really good care of my hair, causing it to last longer and look great the whole time.

1. Stay away from hot saunas.
Hot saunas, including hot yoga rooms will cause the glue on your hair extensions to loosen and make your hair extensions fall out.

2. Hold the roots when you brush.
Be careful when you're brushing your hair, starting at the ends while holding the roots steady to prevent pulling your real hair and your extensions out.

3. Condition regularly.
Put leave-in conditioner in your hair overnight from midway down the hair to the roots. This will keep your hair soft and silky and beautiful when styled.

4. Keep hair tangle-free.
Brush your hair regularly to remove tangles and dreadlocks.

5. Wash hair less.
Don't wash your hair every day. If you must wash the top of your head each day, don't go all the way to the extensions to keep your hair flowing longer.
